일본 뮤지션 Toshiya Tsunoda는 1999년 하프나 레이블에서 처음으로 발매한 음반의 아티스트다. Toshiya Tsunoda는 요코하마를 기반으로 활동하는 아티스트로 도쿄 국립 대학에서 미술과 음악을 전공했다. Tsunoda는 아주 미세한 노이즈 안에서 감추어진 아름다움과 sound space와 cognition space 사이의 관계에 대해 깊이 탐구하고 있다. 1994년 이후로 그는 Minoru Sato와 함꼐 WrK 레이블을 결성하여 활동하고 있다. 그는 WrK, Selektion, Lucky Kitchen, Staalplaat, Hapna 등에서 앨범을 발표하고 있다. 또한 ICC,도쿄,가와사키 시립 미술관 등 여러 곳에서 전시를 하고 있다.
